VENISHA Arnold (venishaarnold.com) presents “Persistence is The Key! The Podcast!” She provides a platform by sharing stories of inspiring individuals who overcame obstacles & difficulties to accomplish their goals and to win in life!
VENISHA a lawyer by profession is the founder of two nonprofits Persistence is The Key and The Arnold Foundation/Henry’s Place, a scholarship fund which she established in memoriam to her Father. Her plan is to giveaway the first scholarship(s) in Fall 2023.
VENISHA’S professional background includes working for media companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Net, CBS Radio, ABC 13 and franchises in the NBA and NFL. She also worked/interned in the Harris County DA Office. Her law practice focuses on various areas of litigation.
For 6 years VENISHA has given away laptops, school supplies, clothes, food and gift cards. She has worked alongside education-focused youth organizations to have back to school giveaways, toy drives and the like. In her most recent philanthropic endeavor VENISHA donated 100 gift cards, food and toys to a local US Congresswoman’s toy drive. She is always looking for opportunities to make her hometown Houston better.
VENISHA is also a 5-figure giver at her church. The donations she has made to her church have assisted her church in their efforts to make the community better.
Since 2018 VENISHA had been wanting to start a podcast she wanted to uplift, encourage and give people hope. After the election of the nation’s first woman Vice President The Kamala Harris, VENISHA knew the time had come to launch her podcast aptly named after her first nonprofit, Persistence is The Key! The Podcast was born.

The Venisha Arnold
Philanthropist and Speaker Venisha Arnold (venishaarnold.com) is a Texas native who graduated Magna Cum Laude (3.5+ GPA) from Lutheran South Academy and received her bachelor's degree in Journalism from UH Main Campus.
Venisha followed in her Father's footsteps and attended law school at Texas Southern University.
Prior to starting her legal career, Venisha worked for media companies such as ESPN, Fox Sports Net, CBS Radio, ABC 13 and franchises in the NBA and NFL. She also worked/interned in the local DA Office in her hometown in the Check Fraud Division.
In addition to her legal career, Venisha is a fitness enthusiast and she enjoys traveling.
One of her favorite sayings is "NEVER SETTLE!" She is the founder of the 501(c)3 non-profit foundation Persistence is The Key, which is an organization that concentrates on promoting high academic achievement and humanitarian issues.
In late 2020 Venisha launched a podcast named after her nonprofit called "Persistence is The Key! The Podcast", where she provides a platform by sharing stories of inspiring individuals who used persistence to overcome obstacles & difficulties to accomplish their goals and win in life!
In late 2022 in memoriam to her Father Venisha started her scholarship fund The ARNOLD Foundation/Henry's Place.
Venisha credits her success to her Faith in God and having very supportive parents.
